Raqami Events is operated by Raqami Technology (raqamitechnology.com). It runs a self-hosted instance of the open-source Hi.Events (hi.events) ticketing software, modified and configured by the operator.
Tickets purchased or registered through this platform are valid only for the event shown on the ticket. The event organiser may refuse entry to anyone whose ticket is invalid, has already been used, or who does not meet the venue's entry requirements. Refunds, transfers, and exchanges are governed by the event organiser's individual policy.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Data you submit (name, email, ticket details) is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
You may not use this platform to commit fraud, harass others, infringe intellectual property, or evade ticket-checking measures.
Raqami Technology provides the ticketing platform "as is" and is not liable for issues caused by the event itself, by third-party payment processors, or by force majeure. The maximum liability for ticketing- platform issues is limited to the face value of the affected ticket.
This deployment is based on the Hi.Events open-source project under AGPL-3.0 with additional terms. As an AGPL-licensed network service operator, modifications made by Raqami Technology can be requested by emailing hello@raqamitechnology.com.
